Note: This is a draft back from the last quarter of 2011.

It's still fresh in my mind how Sir T, our coach, asked me to have my id photocopied immediately with me being clueless on what it was for. He just said, "basta! Ipa-photocopy mo na now ha. now!" and I barely have an idea that it was already the Agora season. He finally disclosed that it was for the UST Marketing Team-- the dream team (to some who care about Marketing). I was, honestly, in shock because I could not remember any instance that I attended screenings for that one. Sir T said, "this year, it's appointed. Wala nang screening screening na yan. After two semesters, I know the students who have the abilities to compete for UST, kaya wala nang arte arte! Diretsuhan na." With what he said, it shoot and made me ask myself, "ha? ako?" Modesty aside, I never thought I contributed sensible ideas during discussions until I  this moment happened.

I asked Sir T, why did he choose me? I ain't a dean's lister or had never aced his any of his subjects and it was really a mystery on my part how that happened. He answered, "I chose you because of your analysis." That moment brought me back to the discussions when reciting was just one of my inapparent ways of making "daldal" in class. Kati ng dila ko talaga, eh. I realized, "Akala ko pucho-pucho girl lang ako. MEMA girl-- Me masabi lang. Yun pala, may abilidad na pala ako."

Without Agora, I never would have appreciated myself. I would never have believed and stood up for all my thoughts and ideas. I never would have known myself deeper. Thank you, Sir! I mean it, THANK YOU! 

I have always been proud to be part of the UST Marketing Team! All the thanks to Sir T for entrusting me this one and for issuing me appreciation of my abilities, which I failed to do for myself. I thank him for allowing me to experience to compete for the hardest (based on him) and the most prestigious marketing competition of the year. :)
