Defense done! Sleepless nights aren’t over yet but a sense of worry was taken out from us. Relieved!

During the defense, holes were identified and dug deeper but our group stood firmly with our paper and with each other— the most important value of this activity. Team work and cooperation were well felt and I was proud. (Well, we all were.) No one aimed to outcompete the other. Everyone tried to lift the group instead. Perhaps, that’s one strong advantage of working with my closest friends— absolute support! I was very happy when everyone kept her promise that no one would give in no matter how evident our mistakes were.

Of overwhelm. Of pride.

The feeling that I couldn’t thank God enough. Not even close enough to “enough”. Overwhelm made me ask God to come down on Earth for me to hug Him. Iba kasi yung fulfillment.

God is never selfish. He’s, in fact, inhumanly generous. There were times that I thought He missed my request or He was busy granting others’ but then again, I ended up finding myself wrong. He gives me beyond what is too much to ask. Just like this one, our defense success.

Our well-deserved victory bonding immediately after our defense. Love these girls. Couldn't have been prouder!
